Grocery List and Life Folder Details (freebie)

I had a few people asking about my 'life folder'.  So I thought I would share a bit more.  I'll just throw this out there before I proceed.  I adore monsters.  I love the cute ones for school and the scary ones for movies.  I love the monster clipart found at First Grade Teaching, Kindergarten Works, and Graphics by Ruth.

I simply use a 3-ring binder.  I am going to put this cover inside the plastic front.

Inside I have a pencil pouch with a pencil, pen, post-it notes, scissors, mini stapler, and glue stick.

Next up are my monthly calendars.

Then I have these pocket type tabs.  I could not find the exact ones I have online but these are close.  I like using the ones with pockets for those things I need to keep track of that I can't/don't want to hole punch.

My first tab is 'notes'.  I stick my miscellaneous stuff and post - it notes in this pocket.
Next I have my weekly planner followed by my grocery list and tab for 'home'. I included in the download a blank copy of the grocery list and a copy of the one I use that has our every week items with some pictures for my 3 1/2 year old who is learning to read and loves to be in charge of the grocery list.
Click the picture to download.
Click on either picture to download.

Then I have my weekly planner again followed by a tab for 'school'.

Then I have my Project Planner Sheet with the Step by Step Project sheet behind that with another tab for 'home'.

Click either picture to download the project planner download.

Then I have the Project Planner and Step by Step Project sheet with a tab for 'school'.

In these tab pockets, I keep anything I might need to go along with the projects (receipts, pictures, etc.)

Right now I keep my extra copies in the back but plan to put them in sheet protectors and keep them in the back of the binder.

I hope this makes sense.  If you need the editable versions of anything (publisher) so you can change the categories, let me know.  Everyone is different and I had to create my own because everything I found online was just not quite what I needed.  I have no problems with people tweaking to fit their needs.

Let me know if anything needs clarification!

Wow I love this - I wish I was that organized, I'm afraid I'd make a binder like this and then forget to use it lol! But I can see how it would be a life saver to have everything right at your fingertips for both work and home! I think I will take a leap of faith and try it, hopefully I will surprise myself! Thanks for sharing!
