High Five (freebie)

Here is a classroom management technique that I saw in a colleagues room (thanks Ms. Phillips) and had to try.

My K kids sit at tables that I have designated as certain colors (I use this when calling to line up, etc.).  I laminated a sheet of paper to match each table and I got some little hands from the teacher supply store to laminate as well.  I added some drops of Aleene's Tack It Over and Over glue to the colored paper.  Now the hands will stick.

Here are the expectations for students to earn a high five.

Once a table earns 5 high fives they get to choose a reward!

This can obviously also be used on a smaller scale to reward individual students.
